Refund policy

All our products are made to order and some require added design time before production. Please allow 3 - 4 (excludes shipping time) days to prepare your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been confirmed we accept no changes or cancellations.

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery and will perform an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds. Please email oneblindmiceco@gmail.com for assistance with returns and enquiries.
